The BETTER Program Store
In order to offer you the best shipping rate possible, all orders will be shipped through Canada Post expedited parcel service. Shipping and handling rates will be calculated once you place your order.
You may return any unused or unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery of your shipment. Simply contact us and we will create a shipping return label that we will e-mail to you so that you can return the unused/unopened items.
If the reason for your return is not the result of a BETTER Program store error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.
Defective or damaged items
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to return or replace a damaged or defective item.
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
